Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

This document regulates the sale of services provided by Quantum Clinic, operated by LEGE COLIBA, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway.

The terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations set by the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

2. The parties

Seller: Quantum Clinic, represented by DOCTOR COLIBA.
Buyer: Any natural person who purchases services via the Quantum Clinic website.

3. Prices and Costs

The prices stated on the website are final and include VAT where applicable.
No additional costs will be incurred unless expressly stated before the order is completed.

4. Conclusion of Agreement

An order is considered binding once it has been confirmed by Quantum Clinic.
Any errors in pricing information or other content may result in cancellation of the order, with immediate notification to the customer.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via Vipps, Stripe, PayPal or bank card.
The amount is deducted immediately after order confirmation.
Customers under 18 years of age cannot pay by invoice.

6. Provision of Services

The services are provided at the clinic or via video consultation.
Quantum Clinic undertakes to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, but no later than 30 days after confirmed order.
In case of unjustified delay, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

According to Norwegian law, the customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of entering into the agreement.
Exceptions apply to services that have been completed with the customer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.

8. Complaints and Defects

Any complaints must be reported within 2 months of the defect being discovered.
Quantum Clinic undertakes to correct defects through new treatment or refund in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Liability and Warranty

Quantum Clinic guarantees the quality of the services provided.
Any legal liability is limited to the value of the purchased service.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Quantum Clinic complies with GDPR and Norwegian data protection legislation.
Personal data is collected and used solely to deliver the agreed services.

12. Buyer's Responsibility

The buyer must provide correct and complete information when ordering.
Incorrect use of the services may result in loss of warranty or claim rights.

13. Force Majeure

Quantum Clinic is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, major technical problems).

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between seller and buyer shall first be resolved amicably.
If a solution is not achieved, the customer may submit a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Authority or use the European online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
In the event of legal disputes, Norwegian law applies, and Oslo District Court is the venue.

15. Rules for cancelling appointments

An appointment is binding, and any changes or cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. This can be done via our booking system.

The phone is not serviced outside of opening hours. If you have an appointment on a Monday that you wish to cancel or change via the clinic staff, this must be done by Friday at 16:00. If you book an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Cancellations should not be made via Facebook or Instagram, as these are not registered in the system. If you wish to cancel via email, it is recommended to do this well in advance, as the response time is 1-2 business days. We do not respond to emails on weekends.

If you cancel too late or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 400 NOK per hour, including for non-binding consultations. An invoice will be sent.
